Agreements

Please read and initial each agreement, then sign and date.

As an applicant to be a NCBN member in good standing I agree to the following:

Our company is in good standing in our industry.

I own or am a key employee representing a local ongoing business that is properly licensed, bonded, and/or insured in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

I understand there will only be one business or professional that can represent each business or professional category.

I am not a member of another local referral networking group. (Membership in trade associations, business chambers, and service groups is acceptable.)

I will attend a minimum of two regular meetings per month. If I can’t attend a meeting, I will notify leadership prior to the meeting or have a company representative attend in my stead.

I will not speak with disrespect, in public, of a fellow NCBN member. If I have an issue with another NCBN member I will work it out personally with that member. If I believe a member has acted in bad faith, have addressed the issue with them personally without resolve, I will notify leadership.

Disruption or disrespectful behavior during NCBN meetings will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the meeting and surrender your membership.

Membership fee payments will be made in advance of the participation period.

I will do my best to represent NCBN’s Core Values of Positive Attitude, Servant Leadership, Commitment to Customers, Continuous Learning, Celebration, and Teamwork.

I will respond to members and their referrals in a professional and timely manner within 48 hours.

If approved, we will send you a dues payment form and formally welcome you as a new NCBN member!
